Situated on a 180 acre Arable farm near the pretty village of Gristhorpe, Magdalen Grange Farm Holiday cottages consist Partridge cottage converted from the original farm steading.

The Farm is set in open countryside, with a bridleway passing through connecting the villages of Gristhorpe and Muston, it also connects to the south with the Wolds Way walk.

The cottages are newly built conversions from the original farm steading, with lawns to the front, a large car park area solely for the cottages use and a courtyard to the rear where each cottage has a private area with picnic table. There is a communal BBQ and clothes drying area.

The cottages and are full insulated and are heated via a multi fuel wood burning stove (initial fuel provided) and with central heating supplied by a ground source heat pump.

There is an open plan kitchen/diner and lounge, large bathroom with a shower/bath. Both cottages have 2 large bedrooms.

Partridge Cottage sleeps five and has a kingsize bed in one room and three single beds in the other room.

The location is ideal for those interested in Walking, Cycling and enjoying the outdoors. The farm is conveniently situated in between Scarborough and Filey with excellent beaches at Cayton, Filey and Hunmanby gap all not far away.

The Farm is a working arable farm and farming operations can be observed such as combining, baling, and ground cultivations which often proves popular to young and old alike.
